Roger-Yves Bost 'Bosty'

Roger-Yves Bost discovered his passion for horses early on at his parents' stud farm, the Haras de Brulys, in Saint-Martin-en-Bière, where he continues to live with his family. He began competing in pony shows at the age of 8, and his natural talent quickly shone through. By the age of 12, Bosty had already been crowned French Pony Champion twice and earned a silver medal at the European Championships in Le Touquet.

Driven by an unwavering love for horses, Bosty embarked on a show jumping career that has spanned decades. With the support of his equestrian family, who have remained a significant influence throughout his journey, he rose to prominence in the sport. In his youth, he dominated the Young Rider Championships, laying the foundation for a long and distinguished career at the top level.

Bosty is renowned for his distinctive riding style, marked by a blend of precision and unparalleled speed around a course. As a regular member of the French national team, Bosty has amassed 8 major championship medals, including a team gold medal at the 2016 Rio Olympic games, cementing his place as one of the most accomplished and respected riders in the world of show jumping. His legacy is built not only on his impressive list of achievements but also on his deep passion for the sport and the horses that have defined his remarkable career.
