Lee Middleton
Lee took over Equine America from Phil and Julie Middleton and has been instrumental in maintaining the trusted image of the Equine America brand whilst moving it into the 21st century!
NUTRITION & VETERINARY TEAM
Deborah Leabeater MSc.Eq.S. CBiol. R.Nutr.
Equine Nutritionist
Deborah is instrumental in the formulation of Equine America products and is heavily involved in their design and development. She has a Master's degree in Equine Science, is a Chartered Biologist and member of the Nutrition Society.
Dr Kathryn Tuckett BVetMed Cert AVP (EP) MRCVS
Kathryn, our in-house vet graduated from Royal Veterinary College in 2009 and has a certificate in Advanced Veterinary Practice specialising in Equine Practice. She has two young boys a Shetland and loves donkeys!

Valentina Negri
Born in Milan, Valentina has built a career with elite equestrian teams participating in top-tier international competitions. With experience across Europe, Asia, and the
Americas, she’s fluent in Italian, English, Spanish and French. Outside the arena, she’s been known to occasionally swap boots for flip-flops, exploring the world one adventure at a time.
Pieter van Kemenade
Pieter started working at Equine America in 2021 and has more than 15 years' experience as a show jumping rider. Besides riding, he loves to spend time at restaurants and take part in indoor football competitions.

Elaine Leslie
Office Administrator
Elaine works on the admin side, processing order's and dealing with the everyday questions. She has worked at Equine America since the beginning. Outside of work, Elaine is keen on all equestrian disciplines but takes part in Carriage Driving events and enjoys travelling.
Emma Muir
Sales and Office Administrator
Emma has over 20 years of experience training and working with horses, including a notable role with the Royal Family in state and ceremonial duties. Originally from New Zealand, she moved to England 12 years ago and hasn't looked back, though she sometimes wonders why she left sunny beaches for rainy mornings.
Lily Middleton
Sales and Office Administrator
Lily joined the team in 2022 and plays a vital role between our UK and EU offices. She travels to our warehouse in Helmond frequently to oversee operations in the EU.
OPERATIONS
Nicholas Townsend
Operations Manager
Nick joined Equine America in 2020 and has over seven years experience working with e-commerce stores and running digital campaigns. He is easily distracted by all the dogs in the office and loves winter walks with his favourite dog, Schnapps.
Rudi Bird
International Warehouse Manager
Rudi joined our team at the end of 2021 and not only does she make sure our UK orders go out smoothly, she helps to run our European HQ at Helmond making sure everything works smoothly out there too!
Esme Crowfoot
Logistics Manager
Esme began her Equine America career in the warehouse before moving into the office and is now instrumental in navigating us through an ever changing world. Esme uses her job to fund a mild shopping addiction!
MARKETING
Victoria Adams
International Marketing Manager
Victoria first joined the company in 2019. One of the least horsey members of the team, she brings with her many years marketing experience and is also heavily involved in the operational side of the business, especially in Europe and other growing markets
Rebecca Hole
Designer
A recent photography graduate, Becky is our go to for all things creative! Watch out for her designs on everything from our packaging to social posts! She is often armed with her camera so make sure to be photo-ready!
