 Sébastien grew up surrounded by trotting, as his father was involved in the profession, so it was only natural for him to follow a similar path. He found himself in the fortunate position to work in prestigious stables, including with Thierry Duvaldestin, before becoming a trainer himself. Later, he broadened his horizons by spending a year in the United States with Trond Smedshammer, where he had the privilege of being the groom for the 2008 Hambletonian winner. After gaining invaluable experience, he decided to establish himself as a trainer. In 2017, he settled in Sarthe and purchased his own facilities to further pursue his career.
